Account and data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data associated with apps and games published by JuraCode (JURACODE Krzysztof Jura) on Google Play.

Last updated: 17 October 2026 Publisher: JuraCode

How to submit a request

  1. Send an email to kontakt@juracode.pl with the subject “Data deletion – [app name]”.
  2. Include the app name and information that allows us to find your data: the email address linked to your account, your player name, or the identifier shown in the app settings (if the app displays one).
  3. Tell us whether you want to delete your entire account and all data, or only selected data (e.g. score history) without deleting your account.

We will confirm receipt of your request and delete the data without undue delay, no later than within 30 days. If we cannot verify that the data relates to you, we will ask for additional information.

Data we delete

  • your account and profile data,
  • progress, scores and game saves stored on our servers,
  • support correspondence,
  • identifiers linked to your account in diagnostic and analytics tools – to the extent these tools allow.

Data we may retain

  • purchase transaction data – for the period required by tax and accounting laws (generally 5 years),
  • data necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims – until the limitation period expires,
  • anonymised, aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

Data stored on your device

You can delete locally stored data yourself by uninstalling the app or going to Settings → Apps → [app name] → Storage → Clear data on Android. Data stored in Google Play Games Services and your purchase history are managed in your Google Account settings.
